In 1991, as happens with nowadays start-ups, in addition to chasing a dream, we were thinking about the business model that can distinguish us from the crowd.
The name check up derives, in advance of the current lean logic, from the need to carry out a screening of the customer’s needs and requirements: a technological “check up” in all phases, from concept to design, certification and production.
Our first project was an innovative wireless anti-theft device, but soon after the company created a gynecological device for intrauterine surgeries, this allowed us to be known by the manufacturers of medical devices.
Based on the success of the first orders, we bought the first machine for the assembly of electronic components and … the rest is history.
Check Up has grown by manufacturing not only medical devices, it has entered into partnerships with the most important wellness brands in the world and expanded its business in the sector of household appliances, air purifiers and more.
Michele Carlet’s vision is to continuously promote both corporate know-how and the unprecedented use of technologies. The mix of innovation, creativity and aesthetic sense distinguishes the devices made by Check Up from any other competitor.
